Finding even more space downstairs!

With a huge den area, a private suite, a foyer area (with outside access), and a utility room there is a lot going on down here.

The large den area includes a Fisher Grandma Bear Woodstove and a new egress casement window. The entire basement finished area is floored with extreme duty waterproof LVP.

A bed/bath combo was installed in a previously unfinished area of the basement. This area has ample Natural Light provided by 2 new egress casement windows. Deep, South facing window sills would be a plant grower’s dream down here. Extra insulation was also installed in the ceilings and interior walls to sound proof this space for use as an in-home office or suite.
