An open floor plan to include the living room and dining area includes a pantry closet and lot of opportunity for family time.
Carolina Water provides the neighborhood water connections and has been so reliable over the years!
Main Floor Bedrooms.
Both of the main floor bedrooms are of traditional size. Two windows in each create an open feeling. Spectrum Cable enters into the rear bedroom. This can be swapped to AT&T Fiber if desired (underground at the street).
A storage closet and full bathroom are located in the hallway and are adjacent to these bedrooms.
Laundry Room and Garage.
A new laundry room provides additional storage space and access to the back porch directly from the kitchen area .
In the garage, the original kitchen wall cabinets were repurposed for storage. An electric door opener was added. There is a dedicated 220V/30A plug for EV charging or pottery kiln / welder connections.
